My buddy was interested in playing, but he could not understand the thinking behind giving the arbrites the ability to get Space Marines and Arco-Flagellants. Maybe it should be some thing along the lines of them calling in for back up to a neighboring Precinct, and they get a squad of 5 Arbrites armed with standard equipment for the following game, or something along this line? What do you think? If there is some interest in this I could take a do an experimental rules re-write and play test it.
