Here's my starting warband I've used in our campaign. Ok, so I haven't named (or painted) anything yet, but I will do a.s.a.p..
I'll point out anything that wasn't clear in cursive red along with our solution.
Squat Leader (225)

Squat Ganger (120)

The Tau pulse rifle is not in the starting equipment list so I used the cost from the Bazaar, including the variable cost

Like the pulse rifle, the shuriken catapult is not in the starting equipment list so I used the cost from the Bazaar, including the variable cost
Squat Juve (80)

Underworld Elements have to have at least 50% gangers, I have four gangers in this group of 8, I didn't count my free hired gun as part of the team for these purposes
Hired gun: Human Free Trader (35 +140 in rating)

- frag & krak grenades
I did not pay any Geld for my Trader, nor do I pay his upkeep. I presume this is what having a free hired gun is about. Because I don't pay his upkeep I do count him as one of my gang for the purpose of reaping profit from income, so I count my gang as 9 strong rather than 8.
After creation I was blessed with a rather nice selection of territories:
- Archeotech Hoard
- Free Merchant Contact
- Settlement
- Teleportarium
- Wasteland
